Played hooky from all my responsibilities today and drove down to Orange County to visit my best friend and my sister who both live down here. I also convinced myself along the way that I need to just move down here so I packed an extra bag and am just going to do it. What do y'all think? Can I convince Austin too? Most likely not but i'll keep dreaming!

All the above (plus a margarita at dinner) is the reason to blame for such a late night Monday Muses, it should essentially be called Tuesday Muses but that doesnt have quite as good of a ring to it, ya know?

Mondays DON'T have to be terrible, but IF yours is- a little online shopping always helps lift my spirits. Every Monday I'll start rounding up my current new favorites for y'all! Approaching fall gives us way too many options since the seasons (In fashion only obviously, because outside is still hot as hell) are flipping and every brand is releasing their new fall styles!

Spring & summer will always have my heart as far as seasons go, but I always find myself getting way more excited over fall clothes- and splurging on them, too (oops!) Monday Monday Monday!

Last night around 6:30 I found myself complaining about this time change since it felt like it was midnight and time for me to go to sleep already. I even cancelled our movie plans to see Bad Moms 2 (I'm such a grandma.) But then, this morning, I woke up feeling GOOD! I got to the gym an hour earlier than I normally get there and have more energy than one would expect... for a Monday! Therefore I take back every negative comment I made last night! BUT, that will probably only last until 4 PM today when its nearly dark out already. Ha! Bitter, party of one!

ANYWHOOOOO. This fall might be my most favorite fall yet. I'm obsessed with the style and how just about everything is oversized.. if you didn't know I am definitely "the bigger, the better" type of gal. Oversized everything, please! Thank god I don't dress to impress guys though, am I right!? We all know they're the exact opposite!

Happy St. Hallows Eve, babes!

I just cooked up a delicious batch of tri-tip chili per my Halloween tradition and am curled up on the couch catching up on drama TV. My type of Monday! Seriously though, today made me so excited for fall! For as far as the forecast can see, we are FINALLY getting fall here in California. ABOUT.DAMN.TIME!

Per usual though, since its Monday I just rounded up some good good GOOD newness for y'all & in case you were wondering... Yes! I order about a million things every Monday while trying to round up all this weeks favorites to only a top 10. The struggle is real and I have zero will power when it comes to clothes and shoes (sorry babe!)

HOWDY, HAPPY MONDAY BABES!

It's only 3 o'clock and I'm already ready for my third coffee of the day, WOO. Anyone else!? It's also 102 degrees outside which is absolutely absurd so obviously I am sitting in my house with the AC at 70 and the blinds closed just to give myself some fall vibes. (A girl can try!) This weather is absolutely killing me though.

Ironically super excited that today's Monday though because that just means the Dodgers start the WORLD FREAKING SERIES tomorrow! If y'all thought I loved October so much because of the Pumpkin Spice Lattes (no thanks, not for me) or for Halloween (least favorite holiday) then y'all were mistaken. It's the best month in baseball, duh.
