CELEBRATING THE USA
Fourth of July is nearly here, which really makes the whole "time flies the older you get" saying that I heard way too many times as child, stand true. I swear it was just Christmas a few weeks ago. There is no way we're MORE than halfway through 2017 already. ANYWAYS! I'm extra excited this year that the Fourth of July falls on a Tuesday, that pretty much makes it a 5 day weekend for most of us. No complaints over here!
However, if I am celebrating America for five days straight, a little outfit inspiration is going to be necessary to avoid looking like a walking American Flag all weekend long. So I gathered up some of my favorite looks for y'all to rock over this FIVE day weekend! If you can't tell by now, the excitement is real!
As always, denim cutoffs will be a staple to the majority of the outfits i'll be putting together for myself next week. I linked a few of my recent favorites here if you haven't snagged them already! The Topshop Ashley Boyfriend Shorts are my GO-TO's! I sized up to the 4 for a better "boyfriend" look!
Let's first, talk TOPS:
I snagged this MOST COMFY sweater at my local Nordstrom, but they don't carry the collection online! I linked it through Brandy in case your Nordstrom doesn't carry it. Literally softest coziest sweater, if you own any Brandy Melville then you already know. The flag on the sleeve is a patch stitched onto it. I'll for sure be wearing this one all year long, represent!
The 70's vibes happening here are giving me all the feels! I can't wait to pair this one with my shredded high waist shorts and Tony Bianco White Platform Sneaks. I'm also kind of obsessing (seriously obsessing) over this season's star-everything trend. This necklace is a must to tie together the Fourth of July theme!
Spotted this beauty late last week and I've been day dreaming of a reason to order it. Safe to say I FOUND IT. Hallelujah, super excited for this look next weekend!
